Fileboard announces funding from Dave McClure’s 500 startups

Managing files and attachments on the iPad is a problem. All of you out there going into meetings or travelling with your iPad will know exactly what I am talking about. At the same time you have multiple file stores, which these days sit in the clouds but most of the time you can’t find any of the files when you need to share them with other people on your iPad.

This is why we are building Fileboard. Our vision is to create a single window for easy presentation, organization and sharing for your attachments and files. We are working very hard to crank out this vision.

We are really excited and happy to have Dave McClure and 500startups as an investor in our company. It is great to be working with so many talented people. We as a team love the design, data and distribution approach, which is very practical and hands on. This is really the best way to seed your startup as far as we are concerned.

To all those people working with documents and attachments we understand your pain and we are going to be staying up late many nights to come. We need all the support we can get (that includes you) to improve your work life and save you time. Use the app; give us feedback, suggestions and follow us on twitter @Fileboard or on Facebook facebook.com/fileboard.
